Dr. Brice Heinen, Co-owner and Senior Therapist
Brice Heinen, PT, DPT, CEAS, Cert. DN is a native Oklahoman from the NW OKC area. He attended Bishop McGuinness High School then was awarded an athletic scholarship for Rowing at Oklahoma City University. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicines Depart of Physical Therapy, one of the top ten programs in the nation.
Along with being a student athlete at OCU he was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and Vice President of the Kinesiology Club for two years. He graduated from OCU in 2010 with honors as well as receiving the Department of Kinesiology Outstanding Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Studies.
In Miami, Dr. Heinen enjoyed spearfishing and diving and found time to achieve the level of Master Diver. He graduated with his DPT in 2013 with honors and received the Steven J. Rose Student Research Award for a study conducted while at the University. Dr. Heinen’s clinical rotation experiences include outpatient orthopedics and neurology.
Today, Dr. Heinen enjoys spending time wife his wife/business partner Dr. Lauren Heinen and playing with his daughter Kathryn. He’s still an avid diver, hunter, martial artist, and overall active lifestyle enthusiast.
Dr. Lauren A Heinen, Co-owner and Senior Therapist
Lauren Heinen, PT, DPT, CSCS, PMA-CPT is originally from New Jersey and moved to OKC in 2013. She graduated from undergraduate from the University of Delaware with a BS in Exercise Science, Physiology. During her undergrad days, she taught fitness classes for UD and was voted Instructor of the year in 2008!
From there, Dr. Heinen accepted a position in the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Physical Therapy Program from which she graduated with honors. While in school, she studied and received certifications as a Certified Sport and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and as a Pilates Based Rehabilitation Specialist through Polestar Pilates, both of which she utilizes in her patient care today.
Dr. Heinen enjoys practicing Pilates, running and going to CrossFit classes in her spare time for fitness and to stay active. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, Brice and daughter Kathryn and all their crazy animals.
Anna Engle, PTA
Anna Engle, PTA was raised here in Oklahoma City. After high school she took a gap semester to join her friends in China teaching and experiencing a new culture. After returning home she attended college at Oklahoma City Community College with the goal of pursuing training to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her passion for this career grew as she worked in multiple outpatient settings as a PT technician while attending school. She graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Oklahoma City Community College in May 2022. Anna played on a competitive volleyball team throughout highschool and was assistant coach during her freshman year of college for her team. Now Anna gets excited about spending time with family and friends, good hiking weather and sand volleyball.
Marlee Morrow, PT, DPT
Marlee Morrow, PT, DPT is originally from NW Oklahoma City where she attended school at Deer Creek. Marlee grew up playing soccer, where she played for 15 years. She then attended undergraduate school at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. She graduated with a BS in Nutritional Sciences, Allied Health in May of 2021. From there Marlee attended Oklahoma City University for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While in school she became dry needling certified and found love for treating patients with various conditions and sports rehab.
In her free time she loves hanging out with her friends and family, her boyfriend and playing with her two puppies Remy and Riggs. She also loves the outdoors, sporting events, playing golf and working out.
Garrett Harris, PTA
Garrett Harris, PTA, was born and raised in Lawton, OK, before relocating to Mooreland, OK, where he graduated from Mooreland High School. He pursued higher education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK, earning his associate in applied science degree for the Physical Therapist Assistant in May 2024. Garrett is currently continuing his studies there to obtain his bachelor’s degree in health sciences. While in high school, Garrett joined the Oklahoma Army National Guard and served as a 68W Medic for six years, balancing his military commitment with his academic responsibilities.
Garrett is now enjoying life with his wife, Desa, whom he met during his sophomore year of high school, and their son, Ronin. The couple is excitedly expecting their second child, due in January 2025.

I’m a proud mother of two girls, aged 6 and 16, and in my free time, I love watching football and going fishing. With over 20 years of experience in retail, I truly enjoy interacting with the public and making a positive impact.
